SettingsSection: Add disable subtitles option

This merge request brings an addition to settings with:

• An option that allows to disable the automatic selection of the subtitles when a video playback starts such as the desktop versions.

This merge request also brings minor cosmetics changes to the VideoPlayerViewController file.
