Add options to configure swipe duration

Like competing apps, we want to have options to configure the seek duration when swiping left/right in fullscreen playback mode.

"I love the app but how do I swipe right for less than 30 seconds? The swipe left reminds 10 seconds which is fine but I should be able to control how many seconds to swipe left or right for seek time. 30 seconds swipe right is too much, 10 seconds would be perfect for short videos...but the best way would be to give users ability to control how many seconds to swipe left or right."
