Display notch and aspect ratio preferences when long taping the icon

You'll need to compile this MR with the script as some libvlc Java APIs have been changed.

Note that you can test it by using the "Display cutout" system preference to force a notch. Be careful, the insets will only be taken into account after the device orientation has been changed at least one time.
