Option to hide display notch

Feature request to "hide display notch"/"disable display notch area" and play video only on the rest of the screen.

Description

There are already several players containing this option ("Display notch" switch, "Extend video into the notch/cutout area" checkbox) on Android smartphones. VLC should have it, too.

Some users may find it disturbing if the notch appears usually in wider videos played on smartphones in landscape orientation. The option should "hide" it in an inactive black bar. It is possible to detect a height of status bar and/or customize the value of the black bar.

Open source "Nacho Notch" app (found github at https://github.com/zacharee/NachoNotch) is an example, how to detect the height of status bar with customization of the black bar + optional rounded corners although the app only overlay black bars (navigation bar, too) and does not work in landscape orientation of a smartphone.
