VideoHelper: use Display Fit mode to fill/fit the video
This requires VLC 4 with vlc@ffd9f613 and vlc!6042 (merged) for the fill mode.
Keep as draft until vlc!6042 (merged) is merged, then we need to update the VLC hash.
