This fixes #743

This button allows to empty the list of recently played network streams
without manually clicking each and everyone of them. Fixes #847

Users may want to login to servers outside their network even if nothing
is locally discoverable. Fixes #1171

vlc:// is a legacy helper that does not support the x-callback-url and
will fail the associated URL parser. However, the movieURL must be kept
to please the subsequent dialogs.

This parameter can be set by x-callback-url and was ignored after the
rework of the class.

It is legitimate not to have a success or error callback. This is not a
point of failure.

It is absolutely valid and required to permit percent encoding in URLs
that are opened through x-callback-url. Striping the encoding breaks
playback.

Percent encoding shall only be removed for the optional fileName
parameter as this is a user visible string.

This also fixes #1187

This fixes a crash that could happend when streaming some radios, leading to
implicitely unwrapped optionals.

This will configure the cells of the collection views when they are being
set up and not only when they are visible.
