      Use --hdr-opt to enable quantization to adjust for the perceptual difference
between bt709 and st2084/arib-std-b67. Bits are moved to brighter areas of the
image at the expense of darker areas.

This approach is based on the perceptual luma scheme described in ITU-T Rec. H,
Supplement 15.
