medialib, qt: fix "save recent item" option

• medialib: add 'save-recentplay' option
  allows controlling whether a media is recorded in history

• qt: mark 'qt-recentplay' and 'qt-recentplay-filter' obsolete
  They have stopped working for sometime now

• qt/preferences: add an option to clear saved recent items (image)
