macosx: Implement the new gui for release 4.0

Goal

Implement the 4.0 GUI

Achieved milestone

• Overhaul Bottom bar.
• Update Browse + Streams tabs
  • Add new icons
  • Implement local FS navigation using Cocoa API
• Fix look and feel for all collection views.

In addition to some tiny bug fixes in the gui and general functionality.
