aout: remove original_pts

Partial revert of 9d4bad0d

All "audio resampler" already use the original pts (out->pts = in->pts) (but the block->length do match the new rate).

changed milestone to %4.0

added Component::Core: Audio output label

added MRStatus::NotCompliant label

Audio resamplers are probably wrong though. They should recompute the timestamp and duration from number of samples (since last discontinuity)
