test: clock: reduce long test duration

Thomas Guillem requested to merge tguillem/vlc:test-clock-shorter into master

3 tests were updated 24h of points. Reduce it to 12h to fall under the timeout for most machines.

It is still possible to force a custom duration when running a test manually from command line.
