qt: directory maintenance

• Move navigation_attached from widgets to util.
• Move animators from widgets to util.
• Remove widgets/native. It does not make too much sense to keep that "native", because it is confusing what it means. Are they QWidget derivatives, or QQuickItem can also be considered "native"?
