fourcc: deduce "pixel size" from the other macro parameters

Steve Lhomme requested to merge robUx4/vlc:less_chroma_params into master

We don't need to pass extra parameters that lead to confusion. The pixel size has to be matching the passed bit depth. At least for these types of chromas/macros.
