vmem: use VLC_CODEC_BGR565/555 instead of VLC_CODEC_RGB16/15

This is the format corresponding to the mask depending on "host" endiannness. It's better to avoid using masks when possible.

v2: I forgot to (re)set the mask when setting the chroma.
