qt: Redesign TracksPageSubtitle and TracksPageAudio

While testing I found that synchronization for Secondary Subtitles is not working for me. The reason is this: https://code.videolan.org/videolan/vlc/-/blob/master/modules/gui/qt/player/player_controller.cpp#L1324, its always giving NULL. It also seems that I'm the only one facing this issue.
