Resolves issue #27716: macOS UI: Music section lacks placeholder image

The commit removes the issue of "no placeholder image for Music selection in macOS ui". When user starts the application for the first time, he is present with blank screen for music selection but the current ui lacks placeholder image with vlc logo in it. The two different images below explain the issue better.
