macosx: Stop forcing reload of data sources on notifications in VLCLibraryWindow

Claudio Cambra requested to merge claucambra/vlc:work/stop-reloading-data-sources-directly into master

The audio and video data sources already listen to these notifications and update themselves and their views much more intelligently, making reloads forced in VLCLibraryWindow both unnecessary and more wasteful

Furthermore by forcing reloads unconditionally this introduces bugs regarding item selection retention in table and collection views
