Provide foundation to support 3D video

This ticket is a "feature request" to add preliminary support for 3D video, focusing on support of the MPEG4-MVC specification:

At this point I imagine a module that would be able to display both left & right frames side by side in a window (or separate windows). Afterwards this could be enhanced to allow display of each frame in on a separate display (useful in cases where two projectors are used, with polarisation) and also for shutter glasses setup.

I would consider this a low priority ticket, but that is a "nice to have", given the direction video is going.

If anyone has any short MPEG4-MVC video samples, please reference them in this ticket, to provide the developer something to work with.
