Android: android_device doesn't link correctly in dynamic build

It depends on audiotrack function and audiotrack jfield table.

I've started splitting the common chunk, but I'm still unsure how it should be splitted given that they both use audiotrack and they both use DynamicsProcessing.

For the record we discussed similar topics in the original MR !264 (merged), the volume should be handled with AudioManager.SetVolume from 0 to 100% and DynamicProcessing for 100+ to 200% as parts of the android device itself in order to separate device handling from the stream itself.

Thanks, I've currently made the split in a separate convenience library to have the code in both location.

However, I also wonder whether the jfields table should be shared or allocated in the sys structure like in the video side, especially since they would leak the reference otherwise. What would you think?
