Missing option to display kbps in playlist and media library

There is no column for showing the kbps of a song in the playlist and medialibrary.

What OS? What version of VLC?

Issue still persist in VLC 3.0.9.2 in Linux mint 20.1 cinnamon.

Also in 4.0.0-dev nightly build from 23-03-2021 it's not possible to show kbps in media library.

It might not be available for some specific containers (for instance, see !84 (closed)) but as far as the media library is concerned, this is done.

It doesn't seem to be exposed in the Qt interface however, and I don't know about macOS
