lightening-to-hdmi sends no video

Upon upgrading VLC for iOS to Version 3.2.0 (334) "All Along the Watchtower", iPhone 8, iOS 12.4.1, video is disabled when an HDMI dongle is connected to the phone's Lightening port. The phone screen correctly says "This video is playing on the TV", but no video is sent and a connected television or monitor remains black. Previous releases all handled Video Out correctly.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
