MediaViewController: Add titles to the UIMenu sections

Diogo Simao Marques requested to merge diogo.simao-marques/vlc-ios:uimenu-titles into master

This merge request brings titles to the UIMenu sections to help the user understand the meaning of the options available.

It also introduces the use of the .singleSelection option for the sort settings to optimize the space taken by the UIMenu.

This option is only available on devices running with iOS 15.0 or above.
