Reorganize the project, part 2

Felix Paul Kühne requested to merge fkuehne/vlc-ios:the-big-move into master

This collects Extensions, UI Elements, the About and Settings screens, the playback UI, Subtitles Downloading and WiFi Sharing in new places.

It removes unused code (VLCAlertView, AppUtitlity, VLCDocumentClass) as well as the transient Packaging folder that turned out not be necessary.
