Fix right-to-left player

Edgar Fouillet requested to merge edrflt/vlc-ios:fix_rtl_player into master

Make mini player mimic YouTube with controls to the left and infos to the right but left to right controls and progress.
Force left-to-right for full screen player so controls are fixed and concordant with progress and popups are shown over the right controls.
