VideoPlayerViewController: show shuffle & loop depending on size

Soomin Lee requested to merge bubu/vlc-ios:player/shuflle/loop/portrait/01 into master

This fixes the issue where these buttons weren't shown especially on iPads.

This will fix most cases where the users cannot find the icons.
