Improve server browsing

Felix Paul Kühne requested to merge fkuehne/vlc-ios:improve-server-browsing into master

This improves browsing servers provided through libvlc by handling the subtitles correctly and by no longer asking UIKit to download artwork if the URL is nil.

This improves performance and reduces spam on the debug console.
