Add Rotate Button to Video Player

This merge request adds rotate button to video player.

The button works in two ways. Whenever portrait orientation locked or unlocked, it rotates the video player and when video player closed returns back the device's orientation.

I think this feature is one of the longest requested feature (#1038 (closed)). I hope this request will be merged because I am also looking for this button.

This MR closes #1038 (closed) and #1578 (closed).
