VLCSettingsViewController: Add reset feature

This merge request brings an addition to the Settings with:

• The ability for users to reset the settings to their default value.
• An alert is displayed to confirm the destructive action.

This merge request also brings a fix to:

• The Deinterlace's default value type that is now correctly set in order to be able to properly perform the comparisons in order to obtain its index in the values array.
