Favorites: iterate on the implementation

  • improved localization
  • removed useless "Reset" feature for the server name
  • added "empty" screen for the favorites
  • added "edit" mode for the favorites
  • ensures that all servers are displayed (#1770 (closed))
  • ensures that not the entire table view is reloaded when favouring an item during a browse action but just the cell
