This MR retains the playback modes on tvOS just like on iOS now (fixing #1731 (closed)), adds an option to hide the buffering and placeholder artwork UI during playback (fixing #1740 (closed)), reorders the settings to match the iOS port and improves appearance of audio-only media by re-enabling the frosted glass view compilation for tvOS.
