Draft: Continue Watching: @pushpinderpalsingh ContinueWatching branch rebased to master

Continue Watching: Manually include the ContinueWatching branch changes from @pushpinderpalsingh into latest VLC-iOS master branch.

In its current state does not display properly.

For bug #1141

Will have to debug why the continuewatching section is not rendered, and the existing video list is stretched to screen width.

Adding 1 video to the video library, watching it midway, and closing presents this view:

Interestingly the Continue Watching label is in all of the Audio pages. Maybe redoing this from scratch would be easier than bug-fixing the previous GSoC work.
