With 3.2, playlists cannot be sorted at all. So after you added an item, it's there and can only be deleted. There is no way to re-arrange the content and decide that you might want to listen to David Bowie before John Lennon. Right now, you need to delete John Lennon, have David more up and re-add John, which is extremely cumbersome.

Sorry, but this misses the point of the ticket. On pre-iPhone X and on iPad, you cannot re-order at all right now. The problem is not the nuisance of a missing icon.
