Layout issue: incorrect thumbnail aspect ratio for media shown within a playlist

After adding videos to a playlist, the correct thumbnails are displayed for the respective items when browsing the list. However, the aspect ratio is off, so the thumbnails are distorted.

This is on iPhone 8, iOS 12.2, with the first internal beta.
