[tvOS 18.0] Chinese subtitles are displayed incorrectly after update to tvOS 18.0

The issue exists in the macOS (since v15.0) and iOS (since v18.0) versions also.

On the Apple Developer Forums I found the post PingFang.ttc font file is missing in iOS 18.0: https://forums.developer.apple.com/forums/thread/758189
