Add AppIntentVocabulary.plist for Siri

To succeed at App Store validation, we need a AppIntentVocabulary.plist with localized content to all our languages with sample phrases for INSearchForMediaIntent and INAddMediaIntent.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
