Add and Edit Network stream URL's functional issues

Issue relates to VLC version 3.3.7 (432) on IOS 15.4.1, although this problem has existed for a long time. Problem is present on iPhone and iPad. Adding and managing URL's the network, open network stream page on iPad's and iPhone's has bugs and limited functionality.

An example use case is where 14 CCTV cameras are added to VLC, these relate to different 3 places. Naturally you would want to group by where they are and order them into a logical order.

1. If you delete one URL from the list, the descriptions for all entries move so that the wrong name is now associated to other URL's, implying that the URL and name are stored separately in the configuration. The now corrupted list of URL's then replicates to other devices via iCloud.

2. There is no way to change the order of the URL's. This is problematic as any newly added URL's always go to the bottom of the list, so if you. do need to delete and re-add an entry, you now can't sort them in an order that makes sense without removing all entries and re-adding them one-by-one. How about adding the usual drag up/down approach used within IOS, or just sort the list alpha numerically ?

3. The edit option only allows you to change the description, not the URL its self. Enhance edit to allow both the description and URL to be modified at the same time. URL's often need to be changed due to things like changing resolution, login details or after firmware updates on the remote CCTV systems.
