libvlc: update video surface from mediaplayer after vout events

Alexandre Janniaux requested to merge alexandre-janniaux/vlc-android:1433-hack-libvlc-updatevideosurfaces into master

This ensure that the video surfaces will have the correct size and be visible. This is extracted from what VLC for Android has been doing, but merely stands as a workaround to avoid the application to have to handle this issue. Thus it doesn't fix, but only reference #1433.
