Handle db corruption

Description

Implement the medialib API changes that handle DB integrity check and handle playlist backup and restore.

This is still WIP because before merging it:

• medialibrary#138 (closed) should be fixed
• a medialib aar artifact should be published to be able to compile it in debug mode
