Android Auto: enhanced podcast navigation and queue information control

This MR includes:

1. Podcast navigation via chapters and bookmarks from steering wheel hard keys or headunit prev/next buttons
2. Subtitle messages when bookmarks are jumped to or added
3. Android Auto specific preferences, which include font size adjustment, queue information position, and queue size / position selection, and consolidation of existing preferences from the Audio menu.
4. Crash fix for Bluetooth headset buttons when permissions are not granted to VLC
5. In-app chapter selection menu updates
6. In-app bookmark menu updates
