fix broadcast intent not sent with "playing" false, after VideoActivity closed

Description

fixes an issue that no broadcast intent is sent (with "playing" false), after VideoActivity was closed. because when plying an m3u8 or similar, some infos are broadcasting incl. "playing" true. Any other app which checks the "playing" extra get's confused, because it's not reset.

How Has This Been Tested?

This does not affect other part's of the code because it just sends the broadcast more often with correct values.
