ResolutionStrings: reset HD, FHD to 720p, 1080p

Duncan McNamara requested to merge Skantes/vlc-android:revert-res-tag into master

As for most users 720p, and 1080p is easier to understand for most users than the official nomenclature HD and FHD, this reverts back to it.
