Tablet UI

Description

This MR changes the UI for large screens. Including:

• Navigation rail replacing the bottom navigation
• Use controls instead of gestures for the audio player
• Audio tips more relevant for large screens
• UI fixes (snackbars, fragments)

How Has This Been Tested?

Android 12L emulator + Chromebook
