Fix progressbar/seen visibility on TV UI

Sébastien Toque requested to merge XilasZ/vlc-android:fix_progress_visibility into master

Because progressbar/seen visibility is never set to VISIBLE, it is only displayed at startup. Once the item is recycled on a media without progress (after scrolling), it is set to GONE and will never be visible again.
