DoubleTapSeek: wrong default value for seek delay
Description
When double tap seeking with a clean app, the seek is 20s, whereas the default value in the settings is 10s
Steps to reproduce
- Clear app data
- Double tap seek in a video, it should display 20s
- Checkout settings, it should display default time 10s
