Audio mini player : Multiple UI issue during medialibrary scan

Description

1. If you pause a song then screen lock your device (until system kill VLC ?... ) then unlock, swipe down to launch the scan, you have this :

2. While mini player is playing, if you swipe down to launch the medialib scan, scan informations is under the mini player (this issue will be probably fixed with the future bottom navbar)

3. Sometimes, the notification player disappear while pausing VLC and if you relaunch the player, it doesn't come back. But I failed to find a pattern to reproduce it.
