Support the new audio output: AAudio

Description

As seen in the Android developer docs (https://developer.android.com/ndk/guides/audio/aaudio/aaudio) , Android O and later offer a new audio output called AAudio but VLC Android has not supported it yet

Expected behavior

AAudio should be listed in one of the audio output in settings and should be selectable and available
