Widget layout issue when home is set to landscape
Description
When the home is allowed to be in landscape mode, the widget is stretched and unusable.

Steps to reproduce
- Long press on home screen -> Go to Home settings
- Enable "Allow Home screen rotation"
- Go to Notification Area/Quick Settings -> make sure "Auto-rotate" enabled
- Add VLC widget to home
- Rotate device to landscape mode (make sure home screen has rotation enabled)
