TV Browsing : The title of the focus card should be scrolling

Description

On Android TV, during browsing, titles on cards are always ellipsized.

Expected behavior

The title on the focus card should be on marquee mode.

App mode

TV

changed milestone to %4.0

added Android TV label

Unfortunately, it's not technically possible as the title is displayed in a multi-line TextView and marquee is only available on single line ones.
