getFrameAtTime feature to have pseudo seemless video playback

Description

VLC while moving from one video to another may sometime have a blank screen, to avoid this and to have a seemless video transition effect, right now, we use android.media.MediaMetadataRetriever to retrieve the first frame of the video as Bitmap and show an Image overlay over the surface view and remove the image at MediaPlayer.Event.Playing

MediaMetadataRetriever does not support all type of videos that VLC support (e.g most devices would not render H264 high profile)

Expected behavior

Request to add getFrameAtTime feature similar to MediaMetadataRetriever's getScaledFrameAtTime
