CI: Fix bench artifacts download & processing

Hugo Beauzée-Luyssen requested to merge chouquette/medialibrary:delay_benchmark_run into master

The CI script was broken and was removing the previous bench results even on success cases.

The python script was apparently refactored without being tested, the syntax errors are fixed
